Use Plot in Grok Bot
Connect Plot to Grok Bot so your Bots can track their work in Plot tasks, post updates, and keep projects current.
Connect Plot to Grok Bot and give your Bots a shared place to track work. A Bot can pick up tasks, update their status, post progress comments, and write documents in your Plot workspace while it works.
For connection details and fixes that apply to every assistant, see Connect Plot to an AI assistant.
Before you start
You need:
- Access to Grok Bot through a Cursor plan or a linked SuperGrok account.
- A Plot account with access to the workspace you want to connect.
Connect Plot to Grok Bot
Grok Bot adds connectors through chat. Send your Bot this message:
Add this MCP server: https://mcp.plot.app/mcpThe Bot confirms the details with you and adds the server. When it asks you to Authenticate, sign in to Plot, choose your workspace, and select Authorize. Plot's tools are available from your next message.
What Grok Bot can do in Plot
Once connected, your Bots can:
- Find tasks, projects, documents, and comments.
- Create tasks, subtasks, and dependencies.
- Update task status, assignees, priority, and due dates.

- Write and edit documents.
An installed connector is available to every Bot on your Grok Bot account.

Troubleshoot
The Bot says Plot is missing
Added doesn't mean signed in. Open Plot under Connect apps and choose Authenticate if it shows Needs auth or Disconnected.
Plot is disabled by a team admin
If you use Grok Bot through a Cursor team, your admin controls which plugins and MCP servers are available. Ask them to allow Plot.
