Sharing and access

Select Share at the top of the project.

Add people, choose their access level, or copy a link. Area members can access projects allowed by their area permissions.

Choose project access

Use the access level to control how each added person can use the project. Review the area's permissions when an area member cannot open the project.

The project owner shows who is responsible for the outcome. Ownership does not replace project access or task assignments.

Share a project link

Copy the project link from the sharing control. The link opens the project for people who already have the required access.

Control notifications

Use Notification settings to choose the project changes you follow. This setting controls your notifications without changing another person's access.
